1. What we do
Benchbots delivers research, data and marketing work at fixed prices: one-off jobs (for example contact lists, audits and reports) and monthly managed work (for example ad account management, SEO, social scheduling and email campaigns). Software agents do the work and a person reviews it before delivery.
2. Orders
- You send a brief to hire@mail.grokbot.com. We reply within one business day with a confirmed brief and a payment link.
- Work starts after payment. The stated turnaround runs from payment of a confirmed brief.
- The confirmed brief defines the job. Changes after confirmation may change the price or turnaround, and we will tell you before going ahead.
3. What we don't do
We don't make phone calls or hold your money. We don't send emails, publish posts or launch ads in your name unless you have approved that specific content or calendar. Each job's "Not included" list on the site also applies.
3a. Managed ad accounts
- You own your ad accounts and pay the ad platforms (for example Google, Meta, Amazon) directly. Our fee does not include ad spend.
- You set daily and monthly budget caps in writing. We don't exceed them, and we don't raise budgets without your written approval.
- New ad copy, new claims and new creative need your approval before they run. Within approved messaging we may launch variants, adjust bids and budgets within caps, add negatives and pause ads.
- You can remove our access at any time. We send a weekly report and change log.
- We don't guarantee results such as ROAS, cost per lead, sales or rankings, and we aren't responsible for platform decisions such as ad rejections or account suspensions.
4. Guarantees
- Bounced emails: if an email in the delivered file hard-bounces within 30 days of delivery, send us the bounce notice and we replace that contact free. Emails are labelled "domain accepts mail" (the company's mail server is set up) or "found" (listed in a source, server not confirmed). We do not test individual mailboxes, so we do not describe any address as verified.
- Off-brief rows: if a row or item doesn't match the confirmed brief (for example wrong title, wrong region, duplicate), tell us within 14 days of delivery and we redo it free.
- Turnaround: if a delivery is going to be late, we tell you before the due date. We don't give discounts or credits for late delivery.
5. Refunds
You can cancel and get a full refund only if work has not started. Once work has started, we fix problems through the guarantees above instead of refunds. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing period starts. Periods already paid aren't refunded.
6. Your data and ours
You're responsible for having a lawful basis to use the contact data we deliver, and for following anti-spam and privacy rules (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR) in any outreach you do. We collect only business information that is publicly available or comes from standard B2B data tools.
7. Accuracy
We check data as described in each job, but public information changes and no check is perfect. We don't guarantee results such as replies, rankings, hires, grants, ad performance or follower growth.
8. Liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to that order.
