What we collect
- From you: your name, work email, company, and the brief and files you send us.
- Payment: handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We don't see or store your full card details.
- Research data: business contact and company information gathered for your order from public sources and B2B data tools.
How we use it
To quote, deliver and support your order, and to reply to you. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your brief or files for other clients.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the work: email, Google Drive/Sheets for delivery, payment processing, data tools used for research (for example Apollo and Clay), and, for managed marketing work, the platforms you give us access to (for example Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, your email or social scheduling tool).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Delivered files and briefs are deleted 12 months after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
This website
The site has no analytics or tracking cookies. The brief form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes what you enter to forward it to us.
Your choices
Email hire@mail.grokbot.com to ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted. If you are listed in a file we delivered and want to be removed from our records, email us and we will do so.
